Online Testosterone Therapy (TRT) in Utah
Testosterone care for Utah men that starts with bloodwork and a live visit with a licensed provider, then stays with you through every lab.
What it is
Testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) is a prescription treatment for men whose bodies do not make enough testosterone, a condition called hypogonadism. Clinical guidelines call for a diagnosis based on both symptoms and blood tests, with low testosterone confirmed on two separate morning draws.
Fortem Health offers testosterone care to adults located in Utah. You complete an intake, get labs drawn near you, and meet a licensed provider by video. If treatment is appropriate, your provider prescribes it and a licensed pharmacy ships it to you. Your care team then tracks your labs and symptoms for as long as you are a member.
Who it may be appropriate for
- Men with symptoms such as low energy, low libido, reduced muscle or low mood
- Low testosterone confirmed by bloodwork on two separate morning tests
- Adults 18 or older who are located in Utah
Who it is not for
- Men trying to conceive now or soon, because testosterone suppresses sperm production
- Anyone with prostate or breast cancer, untreated severe sleep apnea, a very high red blood cell count, or a heart attack or stroke in the last six months
- Anyone looking for performance enhancement without a clinical need

What your provider may consider
Your provider decides whether a prescription is appropriate and which one. These guides explain the medications most often discussed.
Read this before you begin
- Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance and is prescribed only after a clinical evaluation.
- It suppresses your own testosterone and sperm production. Fertility may not fully recover after long-term use. Tell your provider if you may want children.
- It can raise red blood cell counts, which increases clotting risk. This is why hematocrit is checked on every panel.
- Possible side effects include acne, fluid retention, breast tenderness, mood changes, worsened sleep apnea, and changes in blood pressure or cholesterol.
- Discuss your heart and prostate history with your provider before starting.
This is not a complete list of side effects, warnings, or interactions. Your provider will review your full history before prescribing and will provide complete medication information with any prescription. If you experience a medical emergency, call 911.
What it costs in Utah

Frequently asked
Can I get TRT online in Utah?
Yes, when a licensed provider evaluates you first. With Fortem Health you complete labs and a live video visit with a licensed Utah provider before anything is prescribed. Testosterone is a controlled substance, so a prescription is written only after that evaluation and only if it is clinically appropriate.

How long until I notice a difference?
It varies. Many men notice changes in energy, mood or libido within 3 to 6 weeks, while changes in body composition take months. Results are not guaranteed.
Does TRT affect fertility?
Yes. Testosterone therapy lowers sperm production and can reduce fertility, sometimes for a long time after stopping. If you want children now or in the future, tell your provider before you start.
