Reserve today: $149 setup. Covers your provider’s lab review, video visit and lab coordination.
Labs. Upload results from the last 3 months, or we order them and you get a quick draw at a nearby lab (lab fees paid to the lab, at cost).
Meet your provider. Once your labs are in, you pick a time for a short 10-minute video visit.
Start your membership only if your provider approves. Any prescription is filled and billed directly by the pharmacy.

I have read and agree to the Telehealth Informed Consent, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices. Your $149 setup fee reserves your provider review and video visit and covers lab coordination. If your provider decides a protocol isn't right for you, $100 is refunded (the rest covers your provider visit). If you miss your visit or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the setup fee is non-refundable. You get one free reschedule with 24+ hours' notice. If your labs aren't completed within 60 days, your reservation expires and $100 is refunded. I confirm I am 18 or older and located in Utah.
